NEW ONLINE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM UNVEILED OCT 8.
For Existing Clients:
Our new online account system will be released
October 8. You will be able to log in from the front
page, and keep track of both your hosting accounts, and domain
registrations from a single place. You will also be able to
order additional domains and services, submit support requests,
browse our help files and video tutorials and make online payments from one
convenient location.
There will be two phases to the changeover.
The first will be the issuing of passwords for
all our clients. To ensure you receive
your login information, please make sure we have your current
email address.

The second phase will be be incorporation of
your domain names. This will be done on a voluntary basis,
clients will be sent a domain transfer request inviting them to
transfer their domains into the new system. Transferring is
free, though depending on the type of domain, and its renewal
date, you may need to renew at the same time. Transferring
domains into the system can be done at any time.
From October 8, all new hosting accounts and
Domain registrations will be handled by the new billing system.
